Hue Out

Terms of Use

Effective October 3, 2026. By playing Hue Out you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

1. Who you're dealing with

Hue Out is made by PlayRiot LLC ("we").

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable license, which we can revoke, to play Hue Out on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, reverse-engineer or modify the game, or interfere with it or its servers.

3. Coins

4. Purchases

Coin packs are sold through Apple's in-app purchase. Apple sets the price in your local currency and handles payment. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the game. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Play fair

Don't use bots, scripts, modified versions of the game or other tricks to get coins or rewards you didn't earn. We can refuse wins, credits or purchases that look invalid, and limit coin features for accounts that abuse them.

6. Game Center

If you use Game Center, Apple's terms apply to it.

7. Availability

Coins, hints and extra time need a connection to our server. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available. The puzzles themselves are on your phone and can be played without a connection.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Hue Out is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, PlayRiot LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

9. Changes

We may update the game and these terms. When we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Disputes that can't be resolved informally are subject to binding arbitration in California, except where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
